Privacy notice

What alexaforshoppingadlibrary.com collects, why, and how to have it deleted. In short: we set no cookies and run no third-party trackers; one page, the free check, embeds a booking calendar from Calendly, which may set cookies and load analytics and advertising services of its own. If you give us your email, we keep it with the offer you chose and the page you were on, and nothing else. Questions about your data: staywhizzy@gmail.com.

Who we are

This notice covers alexaforshoppingadlibrary.com, run by Stay Whizzy Inc (United States), which decides how the data below is used (the “controller” under the GDPR). We are not affiliated with Amazon. The site runs on a server we rent, as an ordinary customer, from Amazon Web Services in the United States, which stores the data below on our behalf.

If you are outside the United States, what you give us is transferred to and stored in the United States. Amazon Web Services processes it under its data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

To reach us about your data, email staywhizzy@gmail.com or use the request form on this page.

What we collect

When you send an email form. Our server writes a single line to a file on that server with your email address, which of our two sites you were on, the offer you asked for (for example “alerts” or a report), the page’s address, the time, a note that you agreed to this notice and, only if a form asks for them, your company and role. Nothing else is kept.

When you click a call to action. We count clicks on buttons such as “Get my free AI search check” to see which pages are useful. Each count records the site, the button, the page’s address and the time. It carries no IP address, no cookie and no identifier, so it cannot be tied to you.

When you load any page. Like every website, our server receives your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and your browser’s user agent, and may record them in standard server logs. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to deal with abuse, and we don’t combine them with form sign-ups.

To stop abuse. To keep scripts from flooding the forms, the server keeps a count of requests from each IP address in memory, over a ten-minute window. The address and its count are never written to disk; they stay in the server’s memory until it restarts.

What we don’t do

  • We set no cookies and use no similar tracking storage.
  • We run no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or session recorders.
  • With one exception, pages load nothing from other companies’ servers: fonts are served from our own server, and advertiser icons are fetched by our server, not your browser. The exception is the booking calendar on the free check page, which comes from Calendly, runs under Calendly’s own privacy and cookie terms, and may load Calendly’s own providers inside its frame, analytics and advertising services among them (see Booking a call).
  • We don’t sell, rent or share your email address, and we don’t use it for anything you didn’t sign up for.
  • We don’t build profiles of visitors or follow you across other sites.

How we use it, and why we may

Your email is used to send what you asked for: alerts when a new capture is published, a report, the data, a reply about an error you reported, or an answer to a privacy request. Under the EU and UK GDPR our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Click counts and server logs are used to improve the pages and to keep the site secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, safe website; the counts hold no personal data, and the logs are used for nothing else.

If we use an email delivery service to send alerts, it will receive your address only to deliver them and on our instructions. Apart from that, our hosting provider and Calendly for bookings (next section), nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly (calendly.com), a separate service where you choose a time. Our booking links lead to the free check page, which shows Calendly’s calendar; the “Talk with us” links on the homepage open Calendly directly. What you enter in the calendar, such as your name, email and notes, is collected by Calendly under Calendly’s own privacy notice, and shared with us so we can hold the call.

The calendar on the free check page is embedded: when you open that page, your browser loads a script and the calendar itself from Calendly’s servers, and the calendar runs in a frame inside our page. Calendly therefore receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit does, together with our site’s name, a short label for the link that brought you to the page (for example “question” or “footer”) and any campaign tags (utm fields) in the page’s address, so that a booking can be traced to the kind of page it came from. Inside its frame Calendly may set its own cookies and load resources from its own providers; when we checked on Oct 13, 2026, these included analytics, advertising, payment and security services. Its optional cookies can be switched off with “Decline” in Calendly’s cookie notice or through the “Cookie settings” link in the calendar. We cannot read Calendly’s cookies, and we set none ourselves. Nothing is loaded from Calendly on any other page of this site. On our side we count the click on a booking link and three steps in the calendar (the calendar being shown, a time being picked, a booking being made) in the way described above: the step and the label, with nothing that identifies you.

How long we keep it

Form sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Click counts contain nothing that identifies you. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the site. Booking details are kept by Calendly under its own terms.

Your rights

Everyone can ask us what we hold about them, ask us to correct it or delete it, and unsubscribe from any email at any time. We answer within one month.

In the EU, EEA and UK (GDPR): you also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your data, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

In California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use sensitive personal information.

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, use the form below and we will delete it.

Ask for access or deletion

Enter the email address you signed up with. We will reply to that address to confirm it is yours and ask what you would like, whether a copy of what we hold, a correction or deletion, and then act on it. If you just want it gone, say so in your reply and we will delete every record we hold for that address.

Your request is stored the same way as a sign-up (the email, the offer “privacy-request”, this page and the time), and we use it only to handle the request.

Privacy request

We use this address only to answer your request. By signing up you agree to our privacy notice.

You can also book a call and raise it with us directly.

Changes to this notice

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date at the top. This version is dated Oct 13, 2026. For how the ad data itself is collected, which involves no visitor data, see the methodology; for how the library works and how to use its data, see about.
